Fulfillment Policy

At Agriscape Sod, we are committed to providing high-quality sod and landscaping materials with reliable service. Please review our fulfillment, cancellation, and refund policies below.

Order Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday.

  • Delivery windows are scheduled at the time of purchase or shortly afterward by phone or email.

  • Most sod deliveries occur within 3–5 business days of order confirmation, depending on weather and availability.

  • Customers will be notified by phone or email once the delivery date is confirmed.

  • We currently deliver to select areas in [insert service region – e.g., Central Florida]. Contact us before placing an order if you are unsure whether you fall within our delivery area.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date with no penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a full refund, as sod is cut to order and perishable.

Refunds and Returns

  • Due to the perishable nature of sod and live plant materials, all sales are final once delivered.

  • If there is an issue with your order (e.g., wrong quantity, incorrect delivery, or visibly damaged materials upon arrival), please notify us within 12 hours of delivery. We will evaluate your claim and, if appropriate, offer a partial refund, exchange, or redelivery.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, if applicable.
