 Upon your acceptance and submission of a signed contract, we will order sod and schedule services to be sure there is adequate product and man-power to complete the installation efficiently. There are times when weather may delay a scheduled installation, but we pledge to maintain clear communication as we keep our customers updated with any changes. 

• Flag irrigation
• Homeowner notifies 811

 Prior to turf replacement, utilities and irrigation will be marked with paint and/or flags to prevent any service interruptions. We make every effort to avoid issues and damages.

•  Mark, cut, and remove existing turf.
• Sod installation
• Machine or hand rolling where possible 

A sod cutter is used to slice up the existing grass and remove from the root, then it is raked up and loaded onto a truck to be carried away and discarded. Fresh-cut sod, delivered within 24 hours of harvesting, is installed. A machine or hand roller is used to blend the seams of the sod pieces and bring the root of the sod to meet the soil.
